The Soup for Cold Weather [ Sopa Tibia]

In this cold weather a warm soup makes my day. I begged my mother to teach me how to cook her Sea food soup :) Ingredients: 2 salmon head, 1 torso and 1 tail A pound of Baby Octopus A pound of Shrimp A pound of chicken feet Pound of potatoes Pound of tomatoes 3 chayotes 1 onion Garlic salt and chicken bouillon A bunch of fresh parsley One pot of water half way full Put the garlic, onions, tomatoes to boil meanwhile clean the octopus, chop the salmon, wash the chicken feet Put the fish head, octopus and chicken feet along with the potatoes, chayote and cook until potatoes are soft Finally after salmon torso and tail are cook Add salt and bouillon and Parsley Soup serve for kids Adult serving with the sea animal showing ;)

Ingredients: 2 pounds of chicken drumsticks One big yellow onion 2 tomatoes 2 bell peppers Cilantro three tablespoons of sour cream Butter Chicken Bouillon garlic, salt and pepper This plate can be serve with brown rice First clean the chicken : take away skin and wash Then chop all the ingredients                                  Then cook the chicken with some Garlic and Onion don't forget to salt the chicken Then melt some butter and fry the onion, garlic, cilantro bell pepper and some chicken broth from previous cooking and chicken bouillon                                                                                    ...

First Greek Salad

All it takes is: Cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onion, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper and feta cheese and mix mix and mix :) ME very proud :) :)

Its really hard to admit that being in your late 30's and I cannot toss a decent salad or bake a chocolate cupcake. ;( But I have made my mind and I will learn how to cook Beef, Chicken, Fish, vegetables plates and Dessert on my own.
