 I know that tamales are made with corn flour but in pandemic times we have to be resourceful ;) Rice, water, oil, platoon leaves, chicken, tomatoes, chilies, onion, garlic, green olives, red bell pepper and salt then, it’s time to steam

Inside a ziplock bag place the chicken tights chopped in bite sizes, a cup of pineapple juice, a cup of soy sauce, a cup of brown sugar, ginger, garlic and place skewers on water overnight. Done.
